MARIIA & RICARDO

SEPTEMBER 27, 2025 ∙ ROME, ITALY

Yes, it’s a destination wedding, it’s annoying we know, but please come – we love you!

LOCATION

We’ll be happy to welcome you in Casali Santa Brigida which is an ancient renovated farmhouse set in the green Roman countryside. It has cozy rooms and outdoor areas, which include a park and a forest with 2500 oak trees.

via Braccianese km 11, 100 – 00123 Osteria Nuova, Rome (RM)

GETTING THERE

How to get to the location

1 From Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

Casali Santa Brigida is approximately a 40-minute drive from Fiumicino Airport (also known as Leonardo da Vinci International Airport). The most convenient way to reach the venue is by car. Taxis are readily available at the airport, but we highly recommend renting a car, especially if you plan to explore the surrounding area. We can recommend Sicily by Car as a budget option, otherwise there plenty of other car rental services in the airport and in the main train station Termini.

2 Shuttle Transfers from Rome

For your convenience, we are arranging transfers from PIAZZALE DEGLI EROI in Rome to the venue and back on the wedding day. There will be a bus with a company name on it GIANESI. PIAZZALE DEGLI EROI is centrally located and easily accessible via public transportation. Transfers will be waiting at the meeting point at 3 PM to get to the location and will leave the location in a direction to Rome at 2 AM.

3 From Rome Termini to Piazzale degli Eroi (Metro Cipro)

If you're arriving at Roma Termini (Rome's main train station), reaching Piazzale degli Eroi is straightforward:

  • By Metro: Take Metro Line A (direction Battistini) from Termini to Cipro. The journey takes approximately 11 minutes, and trains run every 10 minutes.

ACCOMMODATION

  • Casali Santa Brigida offers on-site accommodation for guests who wish to stay close to the celebration. You can explore the available rooms and book directly through their website:

    www.casalisbrigida.com
  • Of course, staying in Rome is also a great option. The city offers a wide range of accommodations, from boutique hotels to stylish apartments. Great areas to consider include Trastevere (charming and lively), Prati (elegant and close to the Vatican), Monti (central with a bohemian touch), and Campo de’ Fiori (historic and atmospheric). There’s no shortage of beautiful places to stay and soak up the Roman magic.

Your presence is the real present! Seriously — making the trip to celebrate with us is the best gift we could ask for.

Since we’ll be traveling after the wedding, we’re skipping material gifts and flowers (our suitcases are small and our packing skills… questionable).

If you’d still like to give something, a contribution toward our future adventures would be warmly appreciated.

You can do so via IBAN transfer DE86 1001 1001 2664 7496 74 or by scanning QR code below with bank app.
